📌 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FreeDownload ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

• You are solely responsible for any software you choose to download and install
• Always verify that downloaded software comes from a trusted, official source
• FreeDownload is not responsible for any damage, data loss, or security issues caused by third-party software
• Software licensing terms are set by the respective publishers — not by FreeDownload
• Some software listed may have separate paid tiers or premium features — check the publisher's site for details

🔐 Administrator Access

The administrator panel is a restricted area of the platform. It is not publicly accessible and is not linked anywhere on the public-facing website.

• Only authorized administrators may access the admin panel
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel is strictly prohibited
• Any attempt to brute-force, bypass, or exploit the authentication system may be considered a violation of applicable computer fraud laws
• Admin credentials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform in a way that disrupts service
• Attempt to inject malicious code, scripts, or exploits into the platform
• Misrepresent the source or safety of any software
• Use the platform to distribute malware, spyware, or any harmful software
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

All software names, logos, and trademarks displayed on FreeDownload are the property of their respective owners. FreeDownload does not claim ownership of any third-party software, brand, or trademark.

The FreeDownload platform design, code, and content are owned by FreeDownload and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
